2. Shipping & Delivery
Medi Labs provides delivery of our non-urgent testing services, including home testing kits, to customers within the United Kingdom. Once an order for a service has been confirmed, Medi Labs will process the order and dispatch the relevant home testing kit or service materials to the customer’s provided address.

Processing Time: Orders will typically be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time of confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Time: Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery method selected and the customer’s location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase and can range from 3-7 business days.

Shipping Carrier: Delivery is typically carried out via reputable postal or courier services, as determined by Medi Labs. Customers will receive tracking details for their shipments once dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and the chosen delivery method. Medi Labs reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time.

4. Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Medi Labs will not be responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any changes to the delivery address should be communicated immediately after placing an order.
5. Non-Delivery / Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive or if there are any delivery issues, please contact Medi Labs' customer support team at Customerenquiries@medilabslondon.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Medi Labs will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Lost Shipments: If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, Medi Labs will initiate a replacement shipment of the affected services at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Medi Labs will arrange for a replacement shipment of the affected items, or provide a refund if applicable.
6. Delays and Force Majeure
Medi Labs is committed to timely delivery; however, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including postal service delays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Medi Labs will inform you of any significant delays and work to resolve the issue promptly.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Medi Labs only provides domestic delivery within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available for the services offered on our website.
8. Cancellation of Orders
As part of your consumer rights, you may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Pre-shipment Cancellation: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
